Don’t Strip Your Gears!- How To Properly Set Gear Mesh - Get Into RC | RC Driver

Everyone had a first day in RC… EVERYONE! In Episode 014 of the RC Driver “Get Into RC” video series, we are going to give you step by step instructions on how we like to set the pinion and spur gear mesh on an RC car. It's not hard and it's certainly not a task to be scared of. We’ll also give you some information of the different types of gears there are so you know what you have or the type of gear you need when you need a replacement. There will be two methods shown here, the sight and feel method for finer pitch gears and the method using a piece of paper to properly adjust the gear lash. Keep stripping gears in your RC machine?
