In today’s video, I go deep into the forest to harvest wild bananas growing naturally among the trees. Carefully selecting ripe bananas takes patience and experience, but they are a valuable source of energy while living close to nature 🍌🌿🌳

After that, I head to the nearby stream and use nets to catch fresh fish. Working with the flowing water requires focus and steady hands, but it’s always rewarding to gather food directly from nature 🎣🌊

To end the day, I cook outdoors over an open fire, preparing a simple and satisfying meal with the bananas and fresh fish. Outdoor cooking brings warmth and peace, especially after a long day of survival work 🔥🏕️🍽️

Life in the wild may be challenging, but each day teaches resilience, gratitude, and a deeper connection with nature.
