House design and construction aligned with energy criteria utilizing views and orientation

Taking advantage of the slope of the street surrounding the peninsula, two houses were integrated. The main one has an extensive program for a family of four children with a taste for receiving visitors every week, and the second one has an apartment for the grandparents. Each is surrounded by a garden, taking advantage of the views and orientation, without losing privacy. The design and construction of the house is aligned with the energy criteria of all the firm's works.
