Minced Fried Tofu with Soy Sauce

Ingredients
soft tofu
1 onion
2 long beans
1/2 - 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
bird's eye chilies
3 dried chilies
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
some white pepper
some black pepper
cooking oil
water
salt

Method
1. Mashed the tofu and semi fry.
2. Separately, heat the pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil
3. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and chilies. Sauté till no raw smells
4. Add longs beans, oyster sauce, dark caramel and light soy sauce. Add required water and cook for 2-3mins.
5. Add fried tofu, black pepper, white pepper and salt. Mix well and cook till all combine.
6. Off the flame when it become slightly dry.
