These Bosch laser measure are really awesome. Small, rugged and accurate to +/- 1/16 or 0.0625 inches! In my sample, it was about 0.05 over and hence within spec.

Measure down to a minium of 2" and a maximum of 165", the 27CGL has bluetooth connectivity, a leveler, and a rechargeable litium-ion battery over the 25G. The 27CG just removes the litium-ion battery.

I really like how the 27CGL has the lithium-ion battery module so it gives you to choice to switch back to AA alkaline if needed. If you run out of battery, you can still put in some alkaline. OR, if many years down the road, the li-ion breaks, you can switch back to alkalines at that time as well.
