Aspen Institute España, in collaboration with Editorial Crítica and Pérez-Llorca, held a public lecture with Gideon Rachman, chief foreign affairs columnist for the Financial Times, where he presented his latest book The Age of the Strongman: How the Cult of the Leader Threatens Democracy Around the World (Crítica, 2022). Pablo García-Berdoy, former Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the European Union, moderated the discussion with the audience after his talk. The conference took place in English at Pérez-Llorca’s headquarters.
