Did you know Platformly has a Chrome extension? If not, watch this video to find out how to use it. If you already have it, maybe you'll find other features in this tutorial that you didn't know beforehand. Either way, let's go!

To add the extension, go to the Chrome Web Store and search for "Platformly" or "Platform.ly" and you'll find the extension. Click on it and then "Add To Chrome".

Once you have the extension installed, go to Platformly and create a new API key on API Docs and Keys. This is needed to use the extension, but you only need to do it once. Then, copy and paste the API key on the extension.

Now, when you've added the API key, you can access all your dashboards with one click only. Just pick the dashboard you want to use on the drop down menu in the Dashboards area.

Having the dashboards available from this extension allows you to open them in a TV screen, or a projector.

Other options include "Add a Contact", create a tracking URL, and look up Account Info.

When you're using Gmail, you can open the Platformly extension and import contacts from a specific email message directly into Platformly. Then, just choose the project, contact info, location and phone number. Once done, click on "Save Information" and there you go. You've got a new contact saved.
