Storm Ion Pro in a battle of the hybrids (Summit/The Road) with Storm Staffer Dave Jecko

The Ion Pro takes the idea of benchmark ball to the next level. The combination of the brand new TX-16 hybrid coverstock, that was derived from the Phaze II, along with the brand new Element Tour A.I. asymmetric core redefines the expectations of a reliable, stable, and versatile ball. The Ion Pro gave me the best look sliding on 33, looking 19 at the arrows with my breakpoint around 8, but if I wanted to play straighter I could get softer with my hand and stay more up the back of the ball. It also looked great further left with more tilt and slower ball speed. When compared to the Summit, the Ion Pro is 4 boards stronger, cleaner, and much more continuous. The Ion Pro will slot below a big solid asymmetric and above a solid/hybrid symmetric in my bag. The Ion Pro is going to be a game changer and a must in everyone's bag!
