7500kcal Cheatday - JustMe

I don't like the term "Cheatday" but people understand and use it... besides that I haven't really found a good alternative yet. "Indulgence Day"? Just "Overeating" doesn't sound good, even though it would probably be the most honest name for it.

Usually I eat normal amounts of mostly healthy food but since I have a really big appetite sometimes (once every two to three months) I decide to just honor that appetite for a day and eat as much as I want and whatever I want.
I usually gain about 4 pounds which is mostly water weight and gone after a few days of normal eating:
   • What I eat in a normal week - JustMe  

I don't have binge eating disorder and I don't purge. I'm able to stop at any time, I don't feel guilty for eating and I enjoy it.
