Summer House for Sale in Vourvourou, Chalkidiki, Greece

This video shows a summer house that is for sale. The house is in the area of Vourvourou, in Sithonia (the second leg) of Chalkidiki, Greece.
It is about 90 minutes drive from the town of Thessaloniki and from Thessaloniki's international airport.
The property that goes together with the house is approximately 3000 square meters.
The interior of the house, as well as the exterior, are presented in good detail in this video.
The house has five rooms, two toilets, three showers on the top floor and a fully equiped, new kitchen with a dinning room and a small utility-WC in the bottom floor. There is also a big storage room, where you can store your surfboard, fishing and/or gardening equipment.
The property is within a wild, virgin, pine forest.
The beautiful, romantic, friendly beaches, with crystal-clear seawater, are about 10 minutes walking distance, or 3-4 minutes by bicycle or by car. The beaches are safe and sandy; the water is perfect for swimming, diving, fishing, sailing from May to October.
The place is quiet, civilised and safe. There are no discos, clubs, bars, shops or restaurants very close to the house, BUT, if you want to get to a noisy place, full of people, bars, restaurants, caffees, supermarkets etc, it is only a 5-10 minute drive by car.
I have spent the best years of my childhood, teenage and university-student life there. I had lots of fun and magic times.
Now, it is time for me to move on. For personal reasons, by my own choice, I am considering selling this house.
