Sunday is the beginning of "National Employ Older Workers Week," which is a time to recognize the importance of older workers in the workforce and why employers should hire them.

ARC Seattle host Steve McCarron spoke with Marilyn Milano, a caregiver, and Kim Stege, the owner of "Seniors Helping Seniors." They provided insight as to the unique skillsets older workers provide, experiences as active seniors caring for their less-active counterparts, and where seniors can go for resources to get back into the workforce.
