Jane Hyatt Yolen (Born in 1939) is an American author and editor of folklore, fantasy,
science fiction, and children’s books. She has written over 280 books, the best known of
which are The Holocaust Novella and The Devil’s Arithmetic.

Do you think living on a ship on the sea is more enjoyable than living on land?
Answer: To me living on a ship is more enjoyable than living on land. When we live in
the sea we can enjoy the beauty of the sea. Moreover, we enjoy the company of sea
creatures.
How do you think our lives would change if we have the magic power to control the
weather?
Answer: If I have the magical power I will change the weather at first. I will feel no
summer and sweating in here. There will be winter throughout the year.

The story was :- There was once a lad whose name was Jon, had always obeyed his mother, who wanted to be a sailor but his mother would not let him go
to the sea.
