Banjo Tooie - Atlantis - Guitar & Piano Cover by LloydTheHammer & Animalisa Keys

So here's a very special cover and my very first collab on the channel! After my friend Animalisa Keys mentioned how she wanted to collab at some point since she already did with most of the 8-Bit Battleground crew, I noticed that an opportunity presented itself since I'm on a quest to cover all of the major areas in Banjo Tooie! Atlantis felt like the perfect song to ask her to join me and I'm glad I made that decision because I feel like it turned out really well! Atlantis serves as the major area under the water in Jolly Roger's Lagoon. You'll spend most of your time in there and the song is so beautiful! I think I read somewhere that this was Grant Kirkhope's favorite song to work on and I can see why! There's a lot of pretty arpeggios going on and all the sub melodies and the main melody itself is just so well composed and it gives off a sort of mysterious kind of vibe while exploring the unknown depths of Atlantis which is awesome! In case you haven't heard of Animalisa Keys yet, I highly recommend checking out her channel! She has done a lot of Video Game Music covers over the years including Chrono Trigger, Octopath Traveler, Mario, Zelda etc. She did the entire soundtrack of Chrono Trigger!! Seriously, that should be more than enough reason to check her out so go do it you won't regret it!! Anyway, I'm super glad that my first collab left a good impression on me so who knows what the future will hold.
