Beef (cut into small pieces)
Chili Powder
Turmeric Powder
Coriander Powder
Salt
Vinegar
Kashmiri Chili Powder
Ginger
Garlic
Curry Leaves
Green Chili
Cooking Oil

*Instructions:*
1. Start by cutting the beef into small pieces and seasoning it with chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.
2. Cook the seasoned beef in a pressure cooker for four whistles.
3. Once cooked, add more spices including coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder, and turmeric powder, along with vinegar, and mix well.
4. Deep fry the beef in oil until it turns crispy.
5. In the same oil, sauté ginger, garlic, curry leaves, and green chilies until aromatic.
6. Add more spices (chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder), vinegar, and salt, followed by a bit of water.
7. Reduce the flame to medium and combine the fried beef with the spice mix.
8. Cook until the beef is well coated with the spices.
