The Speedgoat 3.0 is perhaps the best waist pack on the market, and one of my favorites for my ultramarathons. While it won’t completely replace a race vest, I believe it can be a suitable substitute for most races, especially when you’re in a hot a humid environment and tend to overheat from wearing a full vest.
Does the Speedgoat have it’s flaws? Yes, but I believe the benefits outweigh these negatives, and in this review I’ll explain why!
