OM Shakti Flow - In Ganesha we explored Spanda, the undulating pulsation of drawing in and expanding out. From Spanda, the primary movement of Consciousness, the patterns of Shakti arise. One is circular, a second is wavelike, the third is linear, and the fourth is in cycles.
Saraswati is the Shakti that lives as the movement and the current of rhythm, like the flow of water. Emerging through time, she is the awakening of our intuition and creative voice. She is the great Mother of real understanding. The organizing intelligence of the Universe. She is here to help us organize how we move through the world; in all of life’s cycles.

The sound OM comes from Saraswati’s organization of speech into pattern. The OM represents the circular, the wavelike, the linear and the cycles that manifest in all that it. Embrace it’s surge and invite it to deepen your connection with the Shakit that flows through your practice and through your life off the mat
