A Relaxing Evening Walk in Bentonville, AR

Bentonville is a city in Benton County, Arkansas. It is the county seat of Benton County. In 1837, settlers founded the town of Bentonville, which was named after Thomas Hart Benton, a U.S. Senator from Missouri.

Bentonville grew slowly in its early years, but it began to develop rapidly in the late 19th century. The town was a major stop on the railroad, and it became a center for agriculture and manufacturing. In 1950, Sam Walton opened his first Walmart store in Bentonville, which helped to further boost the city's economy.
