This is the first ever Minecraft any% TAS on a random seed, I got a time of 7:23 and I am quite happy with this run. I didn't do a lot of attempts, probably about five hours in total. I would love to see this be beaten because there is a lot of room for improvement.
So the idea is that you just do a normal RSG any% run, but you can use the tickrate changer and RNG manipulation. Loadstates and savestates aren't allowed because I think that takes away the point from it being a random seed. I also decided to not use any commands because I think that would make it complicated.
If you want to try this, just add LoTAS to a normal 1.16.1 instance of Minecraft with fabric (you don't need FabricAPI), and it is compatible with all of the performance mods that are used in speedruns.

▶ What is a TAS?
TAS stands for Tool-Assisted Speedrun, which means I use tools to try and make the perfect speedrun. This isn't a "real" speedrun, it's a different category of speedruns that attempts to display the limits of a game/category.

The most common tools used are slowdown, RNG manipulation and savestating/cutting the video.
Slowdown: LoTAS is a mod for Fabric which basically allows you to play the game in slow motion. I speed up the footage so it plays at normal speed. This is useful for more efficiency and precision during the run. Download for LoTAS: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/...

Savestates: LoTAS has a feature which allows you to save your world whenever you want. When I make a mistake, I go back to the most recent savestate. This means I play the run in about 15 to 25 sections and edit those together. When you see a cut in the video, that is where I savestated.
