ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୫ଟି ନାମରେ ଚାଲିଥିଲା ଖୋଲା ଲୁଟ୍। ପୂର୍ବତନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କୁ ଆୟୁଧ କରି ତାଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବତନ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ସଚିବ ଭିକେ ପାଣ୍ଡିଆନ ରାଜ୍ୟସାରାରୁ ଚଳାଇଥିଲେ ଲୁଟ ତରାଜ। ୫ଟି ନାମ ଦେଇ ସ୍କୁଲରୁ ଅର୍ଥ ହଡ଼ପ କରାଯାଉଥିଲା। ଯାହାକୁ ଏବେ କ୍ଷମତାସୀନ ମୋହନ ମାଝୀଙ୍କ ସରକାର ଧରିଛନ୍ତି। ମୋହନ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷାମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିତ୍ୟାନନ୍ଦ ଗଣ୍ଡ ୫ଟି ସ୍କୁଲରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ହରିଲୁଟ୍କୁ ଧରିଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି। କିପରି ୫ଟି ନାମରେ ରଙ୍ଗ ବୋଳି ସ୍କୁଲକୁ ଦୁର୍ବଳ କରାଯାଇଛି ଓ କୋଟି କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଅର୍ଥଶ୍ରାଦ୍ଧ ହୋଇଛି ତାହା କହିଛନ୍ତି।
