Opposition leader Peter Dutton says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is “out of his depth”.

“We want a priority involved for people in the construction industry to be bought in because we’ve got building approvals at an 11-year low,” he said during a press conference on Tuesday.

“Why the Prime Minister is bringing in a million people when you’re only building 250,000 homes, and the problem compounds each year.

“I just think it’s the Prime Minister who is out of his depth and doesn’t have the strength or the capacity to make the decisions in our country’s best interest.”
