Adding dry fruits are completely optional but yes, including dryfruits is definetly going to enhance the flavour. Try this amazing recipe even if you are not observing fast and enjoy those tea time moments with you family. A word of caution - This namkeen is highly addictive.


Aloo Lachha Dry fruits mix Namkeen Ingredients

Peeled Potatoes - 1 (big potato)
Sago(Sabudana) - 1/2 cup (big pearls)
Fox Nut - 1/2 cup
Peanut - 1/2 cup
Cashew-nut - 1/4 cup
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Almonds - 1/4 cup
Curry leaves - 15-20
Green chillies - 2 (Slit cut)
Rock salt - 1tsp (or to taste)
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
