Thanks for joining us again! In this video, we speak to Savi, an English teacher from Trinidad and Tobago and her experience doing a study abroad year in Agra, India. This scholarship is available to Trinidadians through the Ministry of Public Administration. As we also discovered through the interview, this particular scholarship is open to students from all over the world, so if you study the Hindi language, this may be available to you as well.

Through this experience, Savi was able to become fluent in the standard dialect of Hindi spoken in Agra. She recounts how this treasured year influenced her outlook on her own life, the lessons learned, the culture shock and the immeasurable value this study abroad adventure has had on her.
