Although, we find only one instance where Jesus asked a demon its name, some have taken this as a method of ministry.
Satan and the demons are liars. We cannot trust anything they might say except their confession that they know who Jesus is. I have seen great hurt and deception to individuals because they have practiced this kind of ministry or have been ministered to this way. Such ministry is unnecessary when we have the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
