I didn't think I had all project files I needed, but I did and I got it done early. Here's the remastered version of my original final cut of TiHYDP Elden Ring. DSP plays Elden Ring for day one views and milks it for 122 hours, so here's a 4 hour death montage with more robust editing than my current stuff. I replaced all the 720p footage with 1080p footage & upscaled to 1440p. I rendered it in 1:85, since the project would break if I tried to make it proper 16:9, but it blocks the tips bar, which was my goal at the time of making this.
Vegas Pro still gives me that glitch where it doesn't render my audio fx, but it eventually works after trying to render a short mp3 sample, then reinsert the flatten mp3 on the video project, mute the main audio and turn off audio fx. I use a Wave Sound Hammer filter to force a -3.1 limiter with a -17.1 threshold that boost the volume. This one is much more silent than the 2nd run & DLC, but I used the same audio settings. YouTube says the audio only upload is -13.9 lufs, so I don't need to bother with audacity like with the upcoming dlc. I like how Audacity has a feature that forces a luf level of your choosing, so I no longer need to worry about my videos accidently being too loud, or youtube normalizing it. I'm hoping YouTube doesn't slap a DRC audio filter on this, but I do have the audio only version uploaded and set to private, and since it's just a black screen, it's encoded in avc and not vp9, so the audio is unaltered.
In the future, I'll have to use Audacity, or go back to Vegas 14. I could also edit in 14, then render in 20.

Hey everyone. Here it is, This is How You Don't Play Elden Ring. I got it under 4 hours somehow, so I probably have the shortest TiHYDP Elden Ring on YouTube. Enjoy a montage of Phil dying somewhere around 875 times (I think that's right) during his 120+ hour playthrough condensed into 4 hours. Enjoy!
