HOLIDAY TIPS ON MOUNJARO/ZEPBOUND! Week #46 LIVE Q & A

Happy Mounjaro Monday! The holidays are coming! Do you have a plan on how to deal with holiday meals, treats, and family/friend gatherings? I will share my plan and look forward to your tips, too! I will also be sharing amount of weight lost or gained during my one month driving trip and how my first week went after titrating up to 10 mg of Mounjaro last week!
