Track: Spa-Francorchamps
Class: Group C Championship
Car: Nissan R89C

This is the first round event from the Group C Championship class which takes place at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.

Trying to set up my Nissan R89C for this race at Spa is tough. When going through Qualifying it's a very difficult challenge to find that good balance to set up a fairly easy handling car that also has enough pace to compete for a podium position if not the top P1 spot. While the R89C drove well for me, my pace was sorely lacking. As for the race, I had a rather mediocre performance that was plagued with mistakes. And it's a shame for me since Spa is one of my absolute favorite circuits to drive. But I'm simply not fast enough to hang with leaders. Plus I have to gain knowledge on finding ways to get more speed out of my R89C for future races in this Group C class while not sacrificing much of its handling capabilities.

At any rate, I am liking Project Motor Racing a whole lot more after I've gone through this experience.
