Ingredients:
6.5 oz Callebaut bitter sweet chocolate bar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder for each hot chocolate bomb
1 teaspoon caramel for caramel hot chocolate bomb
1 teaspoon hazelnut chocolate spread for chocolate hot chocolate bomb
Crushed peppermint candy for peppermint hot chocolate bomb
Mini marshmallows for each hot chocolate bomb
Milk


Instructions:
1- Finely chop your chocolate and place the chocolate into a microwave safe bowl
2- Microwave for 30 seconds, stir the chocolate and heat again for 20 seconds. Repeat this process until the chocolate is almost melted but not fully melted. Stir until the chocolate is smooth and pourable.
3- Scoop some chocolate into the mold and se the back of a spoon to push the
melted chocolate around the molds. Making it thick enough along the sides and edges.
4- Flip the molds upside down on to parchment paper. Place them into the freezer for 5-10 minutes or in the fridge for 20- 30 minutes until chocolates are set.
5- Carefully , pop the chocolate dome out of the mold and set aside. Add cocoa powder, hazelnut chocolate spread and marshmallows. Repeat the process to half of the chocolate domes with desired ingredients.
6- Heat the pan until warm, not hot. Take one chocolate dome and place it on the pan for a couple of seconds to melt the edges. Merge the two domes together into a sphere.
7- You can decorate them or serve as is. Put into a mug and pour on warm milk and watch hot chocolate bomb melt away and release those marshmallows into your milk.
