CCTV of deadly hit and run in Cardiff

Police have released CCTV footage of a hit and run rampage across Cardiff that killed mother-of-three Karina Menzies. The footage shows a white van hit a police car and drive away, only to crash into another police vehicle moments later. Before being intercepted by police, the driver identified as 31 year-old Matthew Tvrdon knocked down and killed mother-of-three Karina Menzies and injured a dozen other people. Matthew Tvrdon has pleaded guilty to manslaughter with diminished responsibility and seven other counts of attempted murder. Report by Sarah Johnston.
