ADF | Irondog K9 Seminar Workshop

ADF military working dogs (MWD) play a vital role in securing the National Airbase Network, protecting Agile Basing, and supporting Army and RAAF operations. These animals are highly trained and are well equipped to perform a myriad of tasks.

MWDs do not operate alone, and our people are a critical part of the team.
The specialised nature of preparing working dogs to fulfil their duties requires the ADF to work with industry subject matter experts to ensure our MWDs are ready to operate now and into the future, across the full spectrum of operations.

This Irondog K9 workshop exposed MWDs to realistic training scenarios to ensure they are best prepared on operational employment.
