ग्वार फली की सब्जी

Ingredients:

Gavar 500 gms
Water as required
Salt 1 tsp

Mustard oil 3 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Green chilli 2 pcs
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped ½ tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Onion 3 medium sized pcs (paste)
Potato 2 medium sized pcs (peeled & diced)
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
Splash of water
Tomato 2 medium sized pcs (chopped)
Blanched Gawar
Sabji masala 1 tsp
Water as required
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Roti dough
Ghee
