오늘은 LA 병원의 간호사 정직원 혜택을 공유하고, 제가 합격했던 캘리포니아 병원 에이전시 두 곳의 계약서를 비교분석해서 최종선택한 에이전시를 알려드리겠습니다. 생각의 흐름을 공유함으로 도움이 되고 싶습니다. 미국 정치적인 이유로 간호사들의 영주권 문호가 점점 후퇴하는 상황입니다. 이런 상황 속에서 실망감, 절망감 보다는 소망과 희망을 품고 하루하루 행복하게 살아가는게 우리의 역할 아닐까 싶어요.

Today, I’ll be sharing the benefits of being a full-time nurse at an LA hospital and comparing the contracts of two agencies I was accepted into at hospitals in California. I’ll also let you know which agency I ultimately chose. By sharing my thought process, I hope to help others in similar situations.

Due to political reasons in the U.S., the availability of green cards for nurses has been increasingly limited. In this challenging environment, instead of feeling disappointed or hopeless, I believe it’s our role to hold on to hope and live each day with joy.
