Our current signs of human-caused collapse show no signs of lightening up or slowing down any time soon.

In light of all that we are offering a new set of courses, events, and special focus support groups to help us all learn to surf these immense waves.

This is a brief layout of some of the new elements we are offering in our new online Community Space for Living Resilience.

We are starting with the second book series in our Living Resilience Book Club... Resmaa Menakem's - My Grandmother's Hands.
This book is not only a powerful learning experience regarding Racialized Trauma, ancestral and embodied trauma and ways of reaching out to reconnect with other across our deep divides in America. It is also a very experiential hands-on set of practices to deepen our self awareness regarding how trauma affects us all.
