"Pizza dough with just a bit of tomato sauce, raw Brussels sprouts just marinated with a bit of oil and salt, roast turkey ham, pigs in blanket and a side of cranberry sauce. Basically, I try to imagine dough like a plate and just put the Christmas dinner on top.”

“We have an inspiration by one of the most famous pizzas that we have in Capri, because the restaurant is based on the Amalfi coast. So, this pizza is made in a famous pizza restaurant in Capri. We took the inspiration from there and we did this pizza. That is scrambled eggs and caviar with a base of mozzarella. It's a simple dish but it's really, really rich in flavour.”
