When childcare is your business, trust and safety is paramount. On Episode 17 of The Brief, we spoke with Brittney Miller, Director of Member Services at UrbanSitter. UrbanSitter is a childcare platform that connects parents with background-checked sitters through the people they know and trust.

Brittney came to UrbanSitter through the external side of their business, working as a sitter on the UrbanSitter platform in college. Brittney joined UrbanSitter's corporate team in 2016 after completing an internship with their marketing department.

Brittney has risen through the ranks at UrbanSitter to her current position, where she manages the trust and safety, reliability, payments, and fraud teams within their Member Services Department.
