Ingredients:

✔️ 1 ½ glass rice
✔️ 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
✔️ 1 tsp Bengal gram
✔️ 1 tbsp urad dal
✔️ ¾ glass poha (soaked before blending)
✔️ Ice cubes (for blending)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Soak rice, fenugreek seeds, Bengal gram, and urad dal for 4-5 hours.
2️⃣ One hour before grinding, soak ¾ glass poha.
3️⃣ Blend everything into a smooth batter, adding a few ice cubes.
4️⃣ Let the batter ferment until it becomes airy and fluffy.
5️⃣ Pour the batter onto a hot tawa and cook on low heat until soft and spongy.
6️⃣ Serve warm with chutney or sambar.
