1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
30 grams of lemon juice
For Frangipane:
40 grams of cake flour
60 grams of almond meal/flour
80 grams of sugar
80 grams of unsalted butter (at room temperature)
80 grams of egg(beaten)
For Sweet Pastry:
320 grams of plain flour
135 grams of icing sugar
200 grams of unsalted butter (at room temperature)
3 grams of salt
1 egg(beaten)
