Pentewan Sands - Return to Motorhome Life in Cornwall

We’re back to our motorhoming adventures this week with a trip that we had away in Millie the Motorhome last October. It was the Mevagissey Sea Shanty Festival the weekend we were away and they we in full voice in the Hubbox at Pentewan Sands, the site we were staying at. We have been to this site for 3 years in a row at this time of year as its out of season so pretty quiet and quite cheap, We decided to go off grid (no electric) for the 3 nights we stayed.

The weather was beautiful but chilly and we had a great weekend, running walking the coast path into Mevagissey and back and then taking the road bikes out for a spin along the coast roads, trying to find a trig point for Amanda up near Dodman Point.

It was also the Rugby World Cup (2023) so there were three matches that Mark wanted to watch which he did manage to do from the motorhome.

We really enjoy staying at this site and can highly recommend coming here.
