BMW E46 325i Exhaust Comparison | Muffler Delete vs Catless Headers & Muffler Delete

Here is an exhaust comparison (with revs) video on my BMW E46 325i (M54B25). These videos were recorded last year (2021), before my M54B30 engine swap. The first setup featured only a muffler delete, with stock cats and 2 resonators in place. The 2nd setup is eBay catless headers, stock 2 resonators and muffler delete.

The tune I paired with my headers at the time of these videos was the stage 3 tune from Revmatch Motorsport, with burbles/pops toggled with the AC button, meaning pops were on all the time, if the AC was not engaged. I have since changed that to toggling with the CC (cruise control) button, where the pops are only activated if cruise is on.
