There have been a lot of problems in new construction since 2021. Homes were built so fast that many things were missing. Homeowners are having to deal with repairs over the first year. That means changing your schedule, missing work, etc. It can be a full-time job. Blue tape everywhere. This was mostly due to labor and supply shortages and high demand for homes. In fact, in one Maricopa neighborhood, the homeowners are calling their new homes the new home fixer-upper. 265 complaints have been filed against one builder. You are going to want to know which builders and which ones to avoid.
