Hey guys welcome back!

Today i made some honey gochujang chicken

It was delicious, sweet, salt, and skathered with the delicious gravy, do try it out:
Marinade:
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 20ml soy sauce
- 1 egg
Korean Glaze:
- 60ml soy sauce
- 80ml water
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 3 top gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30g brown sugar
Cornstarch

Sorry if it is a bit confusing: after marinating the chicken, do not pour the cornstarch over it, put it into a bag/ ziplock and shake it- that way it will coat evenly, and airfrying works for crispier texture!
