breathe, let go, & allow. you only need a little willingness to open your mind to the possibility that there is another way to see the world.

i find it most beneficial to listen with eyes closed in meditation, laying down, but always follow your heart and do what feels best for you.

these are electromagnetic healing codes of the unity field of the Self for the remembrance of what You Are. healing is an undoing of what never was. when you align your mind with the mind of god, you know yourself in truth - free, joyous, peaceful, strong, and in your co-creative power. this is available to everyone at all times because of what we Are.

remember your sovereign power of mind, your free will choice, and our inherent oneness in the eternal field. this is our true freedom. thought always produces form at some level. we are of the mind, in the mind, and healing can take place only in the mind. choose to know yourself as you are and it reveals itself to you.

i believe negation of the power of the mind is reversal of divine will - we are meant to know ourselves in the full creative power we possess as beings created like our creator - and so do not proclaim to have a power, access, or ability that you do not, nor could i do anything to you that you do not accept for yourself. we share one life in the field and so it is available to you as i accept it for myself. we are One Self.
