For the whipped cream:
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
• 1/2 cup (63 grams) powdered sugar

For the fruit:
• 2 pounds fresh hulled strawberries
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon honey
