Cut-To-Length Lines featured in this video have the ability to process material up to .135" (3.5 mm) thick at production speeds as high as 400 FPM (122 MPM) while achieving length and width tolerances as close as +/- .005" (.127 mm), Red Bud Industries' Cut-To-Length Lines and Multi-Blanking Lines give service centers unparalleled performance and accuracy.

By utilizing our unique Grip or Roll Feed System in concert with our CNC Slitting Head and a Digitally Positioned Strip Stacker, our Multi-Blanking Lines offer ultra-quick changeovers from one job to the next. With either end and side discharge conveyor systems available and Stacking Systems capable of stacking multiple parts up to 240" (6100 mm) long and pack weights up to 20,000 lbs. (9070 kg), our Cut-To-Length Lines can be custom configured to meet all your coil processing requirements.

Timesaving features such as Coil Stage & Load Systems, Part Diverters/Part Sorters, PVC/Paper Applicators, and Pallet Loading Systems can also be added to any of our Cut-To-Length Lines allowing you to process more tons per hour.
