CORRECTIONS:
-Per NoHeartX6265's comment, the Drow Elite Warrior is likely wielding a tentacle rod, a drow magical item. Drow elite warriors do have variants that can use some magical items. Tentacle rods are also wielded by drow matron mothers and the named NPC Quenthel Baenre from Out of the Abyss, and this mini could be used for either.
