In this video, I’ll show you 3 simple exercises to reduce dizziness and vertigo, tested with my own 79 year old grandmother. If you feel dizzy when standing up, turning your head, or moving your eyes, these gentle movements can help you feel more stable and confident again.

Dizziness and vertigo are very common, especially as we get older. They can make everyday activities like getting out of bed, turning in a chair, or walking around the house feel unsafe and stressful. Many people start avoiding movement because they are afraid the spinning or unsteady feeling will return.

I am Jan Sosnowski, a physiotherapist working in Dubai, and I help people move better and feel safer in their bodies. When my grandmother told me her dizziness was getting worse and she was afraid to move her head, we started doing these three simple balance exercises together at home. After practicing them daily, she felt more steady and less afraid of movement.
