I am thrilled to announce that the presentation I delivered at the IESL seminar on the Application of Digital Twins in the Construction Industry is now live on my YouTube channel, pmonline.

During the seminar on July 16, 2024, at Hotel Water's Edge, Sri Lanka, I emphasized the critical role of effective communication in project success (Cl 4.2.2 PMBOK-7).

In the presentation, I explored the innovative application of digital twins, showcasing examples like the Dubai Sports Complex, Dubai Safari, and Maldives International Airport, while directing and managing these projects as Project Manager and Project director of the Main contractor, Saudi Binladin Group. These case studies vividly illustrated how Digital Twins' visualization capabilities can significantly enhance Project Management and Construction Management, especially as a powerful communication strategy.
