Here is the detailed recipe of crispy paneer popcorn:

RECIPE
1. Cut the paneer into cubes.
2. Put it in a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red mirch, 1/2 tbsp table salt, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tbsp garm masala.
3. Marinate all the masala with Paneer.
4. Grill thr paneer cubes for 12 minutes at 200 degree.
5. Prepare a slurry using 2 tbsp corn flour, 1/4 tbsp of Kashmiri red mirch, 1/4 tbsp table salt and 1/4 tbsp garam masala.
5. Dip the paneer cubes into slurry.
6. Coat them with corn flakes.
7. Air fry them for 12 minutes at 185 degree.
8. Your crispy paneer popcorn is ready. Serve it hot with ketchup or chutney.
