Time to kick off October, I guess.

Similar to the last times, starting things off with a character that's less scary than the rest. I personally really like this guy; Great design, cool motives and adds something new to your classic horror movie monsters. He's a lot similar to Killer Croc and other similar characters, but definitely stands out in his own ways. You gotta also give credit to the original creators of the film, considering how hard it is to shoot underwater films. Yeah, really digging this guy. Come back in about a week for the next October villain.
