Today's teardown illustrates how simply you can pull the dashboard out far enough to facilitate a blend door actuator or heater core replacement by removing three 7 mm screws, a 15 mm bolt, a 15 mm nut, six 13 mm nuts, three 10 mm screws, one 10 mm nut, and that's it! Removing everything else was just for fun and to show how easy it is to tear down a Panther dashboard.

I was unable to position the camera correctly to show the actual heater core and blend door actuator removal. However, once you have enough space they are pretty straightforward.

This dashboard teardown applies to the Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis, Mercury Marauder, and Lincoln Town Car.
