It’s our first time going on an overnight ferry cruise in the Philippines and we’re spending one day in Cebu City before sleeping one night at sea towards Surigao del Norte in Mindanao. The goal is to reach Siargao, the top rated Philippine island, the following day. Me, an English girl (called a foriegner here) and my Filipina best friend
